This series of copper flowmeters measures the flow of gas in thermal diffusion based on mass. The flowmeter has two RTDs as sensors, one of which detects the gas flow velocity (RH) and the other detects the gas flow temperature (RMG) changes. With two RTD temperature sensors in RH gas flow, the temperature of the fluid and RMG senses the change in temperature of the gas fluid. As the gas velocity increases, more heat is absorbed, so the temperature at RH decreases.
