Spirax Sarco Company
The British company Spirax Sarco is a manufacturer of various types of peristaltic pumps and steam equipment, headquartered in Cheltenham, England.
History
The Spirax Sarco Company was founded by Herman Sanders in 1888, and Mr. Rehders, after joining the company, founded a company called Sarco Sarco and engaged in steam trapping from Germany. With the development of the company, they started to make steam traps in England under the Spirax brand in 1932, and in 1959, they were listed on the London Stock Exchange. Range of their own pressure control products was first introduced in 1960, and in 1963 they acquired Drayton Controls, a manufacturer of valve control. In the following years, this company has added several other companies to its collection, which we will mention under their titles.

Sprax Sarco has two distinct areas of operation:
- Providing engineering solutions for design, maintenance and installation in industrial and commercial steam systems, whether as a single product or as defined and contracted projects
- Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group Manufacturer of peristaltic pumps and related technologies for food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial environments
