Durometer
Rubber hardness tester, or Durometer, is commonly used to measure the hardness of rubber, polymeric and elastic materials, and was first used in 1920 by? A person named Albert Shore was designed and introduced. Rubber hardness tester such as metal hardness tester and different units are used, the most common of which are salt A and salt D. A is used for softer plastic materials and D is used for harder samples. In this method of hardness measurement, like most of them, the amount of effects that an INDENTATION with a certain force on the material leaves is measured.
