Sell Type K thermocouples

When choosing a thermocouple, many factors must be considered such as temperature, reaction time, wear / vibration resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, possibility of calibration, installation and compatibility with explosive environments,
etc. Thermocouples are usually found in several high-consumption types. The most commonly used thermocouples are types K, T, J, E, and of course for very high temperatures R, S and B, which are shown in the thermocouple tables of temperature range and accuracy of its types.

Material of thermocouples
Thermocouples with filled MgO or MIMS: These thermocouples work well with metal sheaths filled with high purity MgO at temperatures up to 2300 ° F (1260 ° C).

The thermocouple with 304 SS sheath can withstand a maximum temperature of 1650 ° F (900 ° C) and is widely used at low temperatures due to its more reasonable price.
Thermocouple with 310 SS sheath withstands maximum temperature of 2100 ° F (1150 ° C) and shows good mechanical and chemical resistance to corrosion. Also, thermocouples with this sheath have very good heat resistance but do not have the flexibility of 304 SS.
The 316 SS sheath thermocouple withstands a maximum temperature of 1650 ° F (900 ° C) and has the best corrosion resistance of stainless steels.
Incocal sheath thermocouple withstands a maximum temperature of 2150 ° F (1175 ° C) and is widely used and is one of the most widely used materials for thermocouple sheaths. Good high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and stress corrosion of ion chloride, resistant to cracking and oxidation.
HASTELLOY X sheath thermocouple withstands a maximum temperature of 2200 ° F (1205 ° C) and is widely used in aerospace applications. It is resistant to rust, oxidation and reduction and is neutral in weather conditions and is excellent for high temperatures.

Select the type of thermocouple weld

Grounded fast response time. Recommended for high pressure, liquids, humidity, polluted environment, low cost.

Ungrounded is recommended for cases where the EMF is wandering from electrical devices that affect reading. , Takes more work

Exposed provides the fastest response time, but is exposed to environmental pollution. Electrically separated from the pod.
