Diaphragm Level switch
Diaphragm switches can be used for both powders and liquids, but are more commonly used for powders and solids. These level switches or surface controllers are mechanically uncharged without the need to feed through a pressure applied to membranes or thin diaphragm-like membranes and transfer this pressure to a suitable output micro-switch to monitor the fullness and emptiness of the tank. Powder and in some cases liquids are possible.
Ease of use and special operating conditions such as high temperatures or explosive environments, as well as the fact that this sensor does not require power supply are the advantages of these surface controllers.
