Floater level meter

One of the oldest methods of measuring the level of liquids is to use the property of immersion of materials in the liquid surface and display these changes by connecting to a indicator. In addition to ease of use, this mechanical method can be used in many special conditions in tanks such as high pressure and temperature. In some examples of these level gauges, with the help of floating balls, in which a rod with the ability to move the ball is installed in the middle, you can easily increase the height at the desired setting point to switch the output. In other examples, due to the magnetic properties that are considered for the ball, they can change the position of colored metal parts that are arranged next to each other like shutters and show the surface condition to the operator. One of the disadvantages of this method is the lack of electronic output to send the surface status to the control room moment by moment.
