Proportional /servo Control Valve
The proportional hydraulic valve is designed to control the oil in the desired directions gradually.
The electro-hydraulic valve is equipped with an electronic drive in cases where precise flow control is required, and with feedback that continuously spools from the exact position, it creates an optimal situation for this position. Proportional hydraulic valves are able to control the flow gradually, unlike directional control diodes that switch between different open and closed positions.
Gradual or servo valves, each with different characteristics, are responsible for controlling pressure or flow.
Servo hydraulic valves are usually used in closed control loops with feedback from the main position of the spool to the pilot mode via electronic drive.
Hydraulic proportional valves, on the other hand, change the main state of the spool directly with the ratio of the external pilot control signal without the need for feedback inside the valve.
In hydraulic valves, the cypress is equipped with a spool change measurement system, and with the help of this measurement and the feedback it gives to the electronic part, it is able to make this precise adjustment. These shirhals are mostly used in aerospace industries and special industrial cases.
Proportional valves such as directional control valves, pressure relief valves, flow controllers directly change the mechanical or electronic signal for valve operation.
The following are examples of these lions.
Various directional control valves
Flow control valves
Pressure relief valves
Pressure reducing valves
Counter balance valves
Proportional hydraulic valves are used in various cranes and industries such as injection molding.
