Torque meter

Torque gauge or torque meter is used to measure the torque of rotating or rotating systems such as engines, gearboxes or even soda bottle caps and in all cases where the measurement of force on the axis of the rotating body is required. For example, if the soda bottle cap is closed with more than standard torque, it is difficult to open it by hand, and for this purpose, beverage factories must be equipped with crack meters to adjust the appropriate torque for twisting the bottle cap. Like other torque meters, it can be manual or a pointer, or with an output called a torque transmitter or transducer. It should be noted that torque measurement of rotating and moving axes or dynamics is much more difficult than torque measurement of fixed and static samples. Of course, thanks to new technologies (SAW sensors) and the use of remote models, this measurement is easily done.

To buy a torque meter, you should pay attention to the following:

1. Torque and Newton range per meter required
2. Torque measurement accuracy
3. Analog or digital torque meter or crack meter
4. Ability to send output signal to torque meter
