Control Valve

The control valve or automatic valve (control valve) is part of the instrumentation equipment and in most cases, the control of flow, pressure and temperature of fluids plays the role of the final element of a control loop.

Usually, for automatic control of fluid flow, automatic valve, which is also called spherical valve or butterfly valve, was used automatically. Regardless of the type of valve, which can use different types and mechanisms depending on the situation, to have a control valve or automatic valve, we need an actuator or actuator. The most common actuators used for automatic and control valves are: PNEUMATIC or diaphragm actuators, electric, hydraulic or pneumatic, thermostatic or even magnetic (SOLENOID) motors such as solenoid valves. Also, control valves can control the amount of fluid passing through the valve more accurately and faster by attaching a tool called positioner, which is a device for valve position feedback and acceleration in the control command. Another tool used in control valves is the I / P converter.
