Diaphragm Valve
Industrial diaphragm valves, which are commonly used for corrosive chemicals and acidic and alkaline fluids or even abrasives such as cement slurry, are available in manual and automatic models.
These valves are also called Sanders valves according to their famous manufacturer, and in terms of body structure and function, they can be used in three models: weir, straight thru and high flow, depending on the application. The following should be considered in choosing diaphragm valves.
- Maximum and minimum linear pressure at which the diaphragm valve is located
- Maximum and minimum flow through diaphragm valve
- Specific weight, viscosity and type of fluid in terms of corrosion and ...
- Ambient and fluid temperatures
- Body Material
- Diaphragm valve liner material
- Milk diaphragm material
