Hydraulic Pressure Relief /Reducing Valve
Hydraulic pressure control valves are used in all hydraulic systems and help the system function in terms of safety and maintenance in a certain pressure range. They are normal close. In most structures, these valves are controlled by some kind of restriction to control the pressure and in some cases as a pilot by means of an external pressure signal.
Safety / pressure relief valves:
Due to the fact that most hydraulic devices work in a certain flash, pressure breakers are used in hydraulic circuits similar to fuses in electrical circuits, and if the pressure reaches a certain value by limiting and controlling the force caused by the pressure, it prevents damage to the equipment. The valve reliefs are commanded directly or with the help of a pilot signal
Pressure reducing valves:
Pressure reducing valves with a different function from pressure relief valves that are affected by inlet pressure (for example, pump) Pressure reducing valves are used to influence the output pressure of the main or secondary system (for example, actuator pressure).
