Economic Vibration Level Controller for Solids

Vibration level controller is produced in different models, the most important of which are the fork model and the bar model. The introduced level controller is of the fork model, which is mostly used for solids. The principle of operation is that in normal time, the two branches of the switch, which are made of steel, start to vibrate with a certain frequency, and as soon as the material reaches the installed surface, the frequency range level meter changes due to contact with materials inside the tank. The output command is issued by means of an electronic controller installed in the roll switch. The introduced level controller has a dip switch to increase and decrease the sensitivity, as well as a potentiometer to fine-tune the switch time.
