The vane switch is suitable for powder and granular solids and is suitable for monitoring the full and empty condition of hoppers, silos and tanks, and is designed to determine the minimum or maximum height of granular solids with high adhesion in tanks. The device is mounted vertically from the top of the tank or horizontally on the tank wall. The impeller installed on the output shaft of the device starts to rotate at a slow distance in the absence of collisions with materials. As the material rises and reaches the impeller, the impeller and shaft stop, causing the motor shaft to start rotating. This rotation first activates the signal switch and then activates the motor power switch. If the material comes down and the impeller is released, the shell returns to normal and the impeller begins to rotate. To adjust the sensitivity of the device, the spring tension must be adjusted according to the mass of the material.
