Rubber hardness tester or Durometer is commonly used to measure the hardness of rubber, polymeric and elastic materials. Rubber hardness tester such as metal hardness tester and different units are used, the most common of which are salt A and salt D. Saline A is used for softer plastic materials and D is used for harder samples.
